He truly takes his time to help you find the right glasses for your face shape and your features. I left with a dream pair of sunglasses I’m obsessed with!

- JOJuan O.Feb 21, 20221.0Here we go again. Over the course of the last year I have purchased 3 pair of shades from Sunglass Hut. The pair I wear the most lost a screw. You would think for the cost of these glasses they would be made much better. So I walk into this location (2nd floor). I just don't get it but they seem or in particular this employee seems to have an attitude. Or seems to be always in a rush. I had a previous incident in this same location some years ago reference a biased incident. So I ask the gentleman do you have the or a screw that would fix this? Right away, nope, don't have. Really? So he says you need to go to customer service, order the screw for $3.50 then bring it back to him so he could put in. Really? So you are a authorized RayBan seller and don't have a simple screw for fix or replacement of a $3 screw? But this is the best part, I decided to continue my shopping and went to Macy's knowing they are also a RayBan seller. The Macy's employee, pulls out 2 plastic containers with 20 bags of screws. Within 5 minutes she located the proper screw, installed it herself and NO charge and she even gave me an EXTRA screw just in case. CUSTOMER SERVICE and politeness goes a long way.
