    I REALLY REALLY WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. I spent $150 and an extra 15 for 1 hr shipping at 8am this morning. I was notified my order would be to me by 9:20am.. by 7pm i put in a request to cancel my order becuase its way past the time i paid for or that I needed it. My order arrived at 9pm and it looks horrible. Half the strawberries are undeclorated and the fruit in the middle looks like it had been eaten! My order was for someone that would no longer be able to recieve it. Therefore I will need my refund honored. Communication was absolutely horrible you can definitely tell a bunch of kids run the store.

    If you have a sign outside your door advertising $9.99 for a box of 6 pieces for "owners special " you should honor that and not say you don't do it because of the holidays!! And how are you going to try to sell me a 12 piece for 49.99 that has been sitting in that case for who knows how long?? When I asked about having the fruit dipped fresh you would think I asked something crazy. Do better. I did not buy anything today.

    If I could give this -5 stars I would, this was the worst experience I've had ordering something ever, especially for our Anniversary. First of all, I ordered for something to be delivered under their "one hour delivery" They then called and said that they couldn't do the one hour. It was a $4 difference so I thought whatever and I asked how long it would take. They said it would arrive to my fiancé and I's work at 12PM. I got a notification that the order was on its way at 1pm. (Again only an hour late it was whatever and I was only 10 mins away, and it said I was one stop away). the tracker sat in the parking lot for 4 1/2 hours and never showed up. I LEFT AT 7PM and it still hadn't arrived. I had called several times and no one there knew what they were talking about. They need to have a proper manager run these business and not a bunch of Highschoolers. I called after I left work for a 4th time today and I asked for a refund. The lady over the phone said she processed the refund and I would get a confirmation. 3 hours later I still didn't receive it so I contacted them and I was told it was never refunded. I have had to put a flag on it through my bank in order to save my $100 from being stolen. Thanks, DO NOT order from here.

    Ive used this edible arrangements location several times and they have always been great.. Everything arrives on time, and looks exactly as i ordered off the website.. I have had to call on 2 occasions to change a delivery date and modify an order and staff was very helpful and got everything done quickly and correctly.. no complaints, definitely recommend them :-)
