And how are you going to try to sell me a 12 piece for 49.99 that has been sitting in that case for who knows how long?? First of all, I ordered for something to be delivered under their "one hour delivery" They then called and said that they couldn't do the one hour. It was a $4 difference so I thought whatever and I asked how long it would take. They said it would arrive to my fiancé and I's work at 12PM. I got a notification that the order was on its way at 1pm. (Again only an hour late it was whatever and I was only 10 mins away, and it said I was one stop away). the tracker sat in the parking lot for 4 1/2 hours and never showed up. I LEFT AT 7PM and it still hadn't arrived. I had called several times and no one there knew what they were talking about. They need to have a proper manager run these business and not a bunch of Highschoolers. I called after I left work for a 4th time today and I asked for a refund. The lady over the phone said she processed the refund and I would get a confirmation. 3 hours later I still didn't receive it so I contacted them and I was told it was never refunded. I have had to put a flag on it through my bank in order to save my $100 from being stolen. Thanks, DO NOT order from here.
