I found what I needed easily and was helped by Kristen at check out. She was so bubbly and kind & even helped me save $5 by downloading the app, receiving future exclusive promos. I haven't been to DSW in a while but I will be returning sooner than I thought. Thank you everyone for your kindness today!

I came in today to make a return (long frustrating situation that wasn’t their fault at all) I was really happy with the way the employees helped me. Kiara in the front was so nice and patient and understanding. She had to call her manager, Jennifer who was kind and truly did go above and beyond to help me. Soooo helpful. Shop here and be soooo nice to the employees!!!
