  We don’t have an Aerie where we live, so we were really excited to finally visit the one at Danbury Fair Mall. It ended up being such a great experience. Everyone who worked there was genuinely kind and super helpful. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Anytime we asked for something, they found it right away. They also helped size my daughter for a bra and made her feel totally comfortable, which meant a lot. Overall, it was a really nice visit and definitely worth the trip.

  Awful store. Shop assistant kept telling I needed the card I used to purchase to return. I knew it was fine to use any card. Had the receipt and tags and everything. The girl acted like I attacked her when I smiled and said it worked. So rude and unprofessional. Stop hiring sad people who hate being around people. I will never return to this particular store and I will tell everyone stay away from it.

  If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Every time I go to the register, the girls are always talking amongst themselves and don’t give their customers the time of day. One of the last times I went here I was checking out and the girl that was ringing me up was talking to another cashier about her “eating disorder”….. Yeah, because I wanna hear about that while you’re ringing me out. So unprofessional

  Went to get fitted for a bra size & it was such an awful experience. They had someone training on me she barely knew what to do. Then gave me the complete wrong sizes did not come to check on me at all saw me looking for a new size and didn’t ask if i need help once. Just we’re all piled up at the desk chatting instead of doing their job. Don’t go here for this for to Victoria Secret.

  I wanted to buy bras and did not know my size. They closed the fitting rooms 30 minutes before store closing time and would not allow me to try on bras to determine my size.
