The manager was accommodating because the item was still being sold in there inventory currently. However, another staff member insisted it was not on the E-receipt making us feel like suspicious customers. It was on the receipt and she said you should just be happy and leave. It’s sad when the economy is slow enough and salespeople forget you’re the reason why they have a job. 😡The Boss store should give them a few pointers on kindness and customer service .

(Clinton crossing) She went above and beyond for me in a situation where, under normal circumstances, I would not have been accommodated — yet she made it happen. She truly went to great lengths to ensure I was taken care of, and that level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. Amy takes her role seriously and leads with genuine passion, kindness, and professionalism. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and about representing the brand in the best possible way. Experiences like this are few and far between, and I wanted to make sure others — especially the store and future customers — know just how incredible she is. Ralph Lauren is lucky to have her. If you’re shopping here, ask for Amy — you won’t be disappointed.
