  Love the deals on the purses! The purse I purchased here back in July is worth almost $600 and got it for about $200 which is awesome! The staff already brought me a new purse the moment I approached the register and I didn’t have to say a word! They even had a deal with the pocket books too and I got one that matches my purse for such a cheap price! I love this store! I’m definitely coming back!

  From before entering the store the customer service was outstanding. I was having a hard time finding the store and I called to get the exact location and Michael came outside in the rain and found me to show me where the store was located. Once I entered I gave Micael a description of the bag I was looking for and Michael knew exactly what bag I wanted and directed me to it. I then proceeded to check out with my 2 bags and Rosie was there to assist me. She was very pleasant, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately good customers service is rare now and days but Michael and Rosie are the true definition of great customers service. I will definitely be going back to this store. Thank you Michael and Rosie for a great experience.

  After having an absolutely awful experience at the Foxwoods Michael Kors outlet. Rude workers and even worse manager. Wanted to exchange two bags that I had bought two days earlier for my girlfriend’s 50th birthday went to the store with the tags and the receipt and they wouldn’t return them.So I Went to the Clinton outlets and with the help of Kyle had a great experience. Exceptional service and very friendly. Thank you very much for making Michael Kors a better place in Clinton than it is at Foxwoods. Would never give them a dime of my money ever again at the casino, Michael Kors outlet. Thank you very much, Kyle, you turned a negative into a positive and made our day.

  I have nothing but amazing things to say about this Michael Kors location! The staff is truly exceptional—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other handbag outlet. And the prices? You seriously can’t beat them! The deals here are incredible for the quality you’re getting—it makes the experience even better. A huge shoutout to Connie—she was absolutely incredible. It honestly felt like shopping with a friend! She was kind, patient, and made the whole visit so enjoyable. Connie is a true gem and brings such uplifting energy to the store.   They have the best deals! I got myself a purse and wallet for $159. Every time I go there, it’s always a new deal and the selection changes quite often which I really like! Kyle has been there the past few times I have gone and he’s such a sweetheart.
