    Imagine paying almost $80 to not get what you want and then not being allowed refund and this isn’t the first time!!! If a customer Picks a certainnitem and you can’t fulfill it would be nice to receive a damn call !!

    I ordered an arrangement for my Mom's 80th birthday today. Michael the sales person was pleasant. However, i was very disappointed to hear my Moms review. She told me that the fruits were not riped and they had no taste. The dipped strawberries were the only thing edible ( 4 strawberries) . The arrangement was not delivered to her door. (When I placed the order, I mentioned that the arrangement was for an 80 year old person) The delivery person stayed in the car. Luckily, someone was with my Mom at the time of delivery and went to get it from the delivery person 's car; the delivery person did not even intend to get out of his car. This arrangement was a waste of my money, not worth the money and I will Definitely not do business with you any more .
