    I had to wait almost a week to write this review in hopes that I would have heard from the manager, I believe his name is Shamoon, and yet I still wait. I have also placed 2 messages with corporate with no response. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I had placed an order for delivery on 4/9 to include a dozen strawberries and the Charli cupcake stuffed animal for my adult niece who was recovering from surgery. She received the items along with Bobbi the bear. Great. I called on 4/10 to advise of mistake, spoke to Tonya and asked to please correct error. Tonya appeared frazzled, said she would need to talk to manager and would call me back. I did not think it would be an issue but sure call me back. She returned my call stating the owner, Shamoon, advised we would need to swap the item for return and someone would be out today. I clearly explained my niece was recovering from surgery and would be unable to get to the door to swap item due to being bed bound. I sent a picture showing she received Bobbi (proving I was not lying over a 12$ bear) and again stated she would not be able to swap due to surgery recovery. Tonya stated it would be fine and would relay it to driver. Imagine my horror when I got a call from my niece saying the driver was banging on her door which caused her to get out of bed, go down the stairs and proceed to have an argument over the 12$ bear that he was told he needed to swap. She told him a) it was upstairs and she could not get it. B) that was not her impression of the phone call and c) her dog had already played with it. I immediately called and spoke to Tonya voicing my displeasure and was 'greeted' with attitude. She shared that she was told by Shamoon that we needed to swap the item and now that she would cover the 12$. I was disgusted that a) he would make her pay, b) our conversation earlier appeared to be forgotten about, c) why did I bother with the picture d) why was my nieces health dismissed e) why was I getting an attitude for their error. I immediately asked for Shamoon to call me. It is 6 days later. My phone has yet to ring. I called on Monday to again ask for Shamoon. I spoke to a lovely gentleman named Pedro. Explained the situation in which he offered to send out more strawberries this week in an attempt to somewhat rectify the situation. Its still Wednesday so I am not holding my breath. Still no phone call from Shamoon. Still no call from corporate. Still no understanding or apologies that they had my niece get out of bed from brain surgery for a 12$ bear. To be clear: This is not about the money. If I'm willing to pay 60$ for 12 strawberries do I care about a 12$ bear? NO. I am not to be questioned why nobody was at my nieces house to make the exchange for her (but to be clear, she is an adult and was on 'shift change from other family members and I am out of state) This is about customer service, compassion, decency, understanding, timeliness to a concern, and not giving attitude to a consumer. It has been 6 days since my first call. I will update this when it is rectified or I recieve the phone call.. But to be honest, I dont even know how to rectify it at this point.

    I am extremely disappointed and upset with how my Valentine’s Day order was handled. I placed an order for a box of strawberries around 2:30 PM on Valentine’s Day. I was not in a rush and expected the order to arrive sometime before the store closed at 8:00 PM. I knew it was a holiday so I knew they would be in high demand for orders. For the first few hours, I was patient. However, after 4–5 hours had passed, the order status still only showed that the store had received my order, with no indication that it was being prepared or delivered. For over 6 hours straight, the status never changed beyond “store received order.” Then, at 8:21 PM after the store had already closed I was suddenly notified that my strawberries had been delivered. I received no phone call, no email, and no notification indicating that the order had arrived. I immediately checked both my front and back doors and reviewed my camera footage. Nothing was delivered. It is extremely concerning that the order was marked as delivered only after the store closed, eliminating any chance for me to contact the store to resolve the issue. This behavior is very unprofessional and very unacceptable and feels intentional. After reading multiple reviews describing similar experiences, it is clear that this is not a one time situation. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved immediately.

    Worst place I ever dealt with online I got a error after trying to place my number was given no order number or tracking get a call 5 hours later saying my orders done I can’t get a refund I will never order from edible arrangements agin horrible 💯

    I made an order over the phone around 12:30PM for a 1-hour delivery, and it’s been about 4 hours since I paid for the arrangement. I called 3 hours later for an update and was told that the arrangement would arrive within 20 minutes. My recipient still has not received the arrangement or any call from the delivery driver, nor have I. This location closes at 4PM and has been ignoring my calls since 3:30PM. My card has already been charged about $90 for the transaction, and I feel swindled. This is a disheartening experience as I’ve trusted and supported this brand for years. I called again at 3:50PM while typing this and my call was ignored again. I left a voicemail message, hopefully this can be rectified in a timely manner.

    Didn't have any product to choose from , the strawberries they did have were old and not ripe ..very disappointing, got for a birthday present. A refund or Credit should be issued. Honestly a refund is better as i most likely wont be back.
