- JJJuddsta79Dec 11, 20231.0Just called up again. Car would not start again for 20mins. I was late to work again. 6th time in 2 weeks. I am going to get fired if you do not fix the issue. I had a work order and took my car to the shop on Friday December 8th, they replaced the cable. Still didn’t fix the issue and had issues on the weekend. Now someone is apparently going to call me back in business hours to give me another work order to replace the blocker. You need a better system and customer service is terrible, waiting 45, 50, 60mins + to speak to someone. If something happens at 5am, 6am before work, I am stuck until customer service comes in at 9am to raise a work order in the system, then wait until 10am until shops open to take the car in for inspection. That’s crazy when you say it’s a 24hour service. Something needs to be done!!!
