The tray had no protection and was left on the front porch so by the time we got home an hour later the squirrels were already eating it. Granted they did call and we said it was ok to leave, assuming it was in a box and protected from animals. I called the store and told that what happened to see if they could do anything, even a small tray replacement. They said they were going to call us back but never did and that was 5 days ago. We also submitted a ticket online from a link to the “freshness guarantee” that Edible offers, but never heard back from them either.

The fruit basket was huge and everyone loved it. Will be ordering from here in the future 👍🏻

It was still not delivered by 4. When I inquired about the issue, the associate went on to tell me that it was my fault for not picking a time, which by the way was not an option. I asked if I could be credited for the delivery fee since it was not delivered in a timely manner and the associate began to argue and tell me it was my fault. Completely unacceptable!!! I told him he had terrible customer service and that he lost a customer. He continued to argue about how I was wrong. Lesson learned to not use this business again.

She walked me through everything. I was going to pick up the arrangement but later decided to have it delivered. All this was done within 3 hours. Absolutely fabulous!!!
