If you choose bi-weekly, they are stealing an extra payment depending on how the days fall. They say it’s because the payment comes out every 2 weeks. Their customer service is like parrots. They took 3, 52.16$ payments in March 2024, December of 2023, and September 2023. I stopped looking through my bank statements after I found out they were taking extra payments. They can’t explain anything other than it comes out every 2 weeks. Clearly this company doesn’t understand what monthly and bi-weekly means. Now they won’t get back to me. 0 stars but google won’t let me.
