  I've been a loyal Shane Co. customer for over a decade, bracelets, earrings, my wife's engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands. Every single time we made a purchase, their jewelers assured us we had a "lifetime warranty." Turns out, that's not the whole story. My titanium wedding band recently broke completely in half. When I brought it in, Shane Co. told me they carry the exact same ring but would only credit me what I paid 10 years ago, leaving me to cover the price difference out of pocket. The reason? Titanium can't be repaired and isn't gold or diamonds, so apparently the "lifetime warranty" doesn't apply. This is the first I'm hearing of this, after years of being told I was fully covered. Multiple Shane Co. jewelers gave me that assurance, and now the fine print says otherwise. That's not a warranty. That's a sales pitch. For a brand that prides itself on standing behind its jewelry, this experience fell well short of that promise. Now for my replacement wedding band and my wife's 10 year anniversary upgrade I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  I absolutely love Shane Co. My husband bought my beautiful engagement and wedding ring from there. As well an amazing pair of diamond hoop earrings that I received for a big birthday last year. I went in today and Judson helped me with getting my fabulous jewelry cleaned and to buy something pretty for myself.. Thank you Judson and Shane Co for always taking such great care of me and my beautiful pieces of jewelry.

  I am writing this review about Mostasa. He gave us exceptional service and cleaned my ring without my asking him to. We were amazed that the Shane Co. was willing to size my rings and make a small repair at no cost to us. Because of Mostasa's friendly service, we will always take our service to the Shane Co. Thank you Mostasa and Shane Co.!

  We came back to Shane Co to get my wedding band in preparation for our wedding. We had the pleasure of working with Lisa Medina when we purchased my engagement ring. We specifically asked for her when we walked in and even waited a little longer to work with her since she is worth every minute! She is wonderful to work with and literally reads people’s minds. She knows her stuff about every piece of jewelry, not just rings. She is awesome and the main reason why we keep coming back to Shane Co.
