Today I went to the store to shop. When I asked the employee to please check if they found them right away she said in a rude way " no we do not have anything". I asked can you please check and after 2 times of me asking to please check, she said "let me go and look". Of course she said after 3 minutes there is nothing . Her name was Valerie. A very rude young lady. In the future I will shop in better stores with good service.

When we were checking out, she was nice at first, but as soon as we said we didn’t want to open a store credit card, her attitude completely changed. She became rude and started making mean faces and unnecessary comments about what we were buying. She didn’t even tell us the total — she just stood there quietly, staring at us with the meanest look. It was honestly such a weird and uncomfortable situation, unlike anything I’ve ever experienced while shopping. I hope the store addresses this kind of behavior because no customer should be made to feel judged or unwelcome.
