Nice store but they lie about prices during sales. Tried to buy a pair of pants from them that had the price on the pants at 34.99 and a sale of 20%. Go to purchase them and the listed price with the discount was 39.99.

Everyone in the store is friendly and helpful with the exception of some of the younger checkers. They're not friendly or personable at all. No smiles or "how ya doin" or "did you find everything?" It's clear that they do not want to be there. But everyone I've else I've dealt with there is just the opposite.

stepped 1 foot in the door and got told I had to leave My motorcycle bags behind the counter. I’m not supporting a place that’s gonna treat me like a thief.

While making an $800 firearm purchase at the Murdoch’s gun counter, the manager made a comment about my age and referred to me as “young” in a way that came across as condescending. I’m nearly 40 years old, but that is beside the point. The real issue is that you do not know me, you have never met me, and you know nothing about my background. Quite frankly it is rude to assume anything about someone you do not know, especially in the middle of a customer transaction. When someone is standing at the counter making a significant purchase, the only thing that should matter is completing the transaction professionally and respectfully. There is absolutely no reason to comment on a customer’s age or try to position yourself above them in some kind of informal hierarchy. That kind of commentary is unnecessary and unprofessional. Just because someone has a gun on their hip does not make them tough. Once again, you don't know me, and you're making comments that could potentially escalate a situation. Be careful about how you talk to people that you don't know. Carrying a firearm does not place anyone above the people they are serving, you're serving me, and it certainly is not a reason to speak down to customers. Good customer service is very simple. Treat people with respect, keep personal remarks to yourself, and focus on doing your job and signing my paperwork and giving me my gun. Customers do not come in to be evaluated or talked down to. They come in to make a purchase. In the future it would be better to remember that you are interacting with someone you know nothing about and the professional thing to do is keep the focus on the transaction and leave the assumptions and commentary out of it. I could say a lot about you, but I chose to keep those observations to myself. It's like every boomer idiot "gun guy" above the age of 60 thinks he's hard because he carries. To the management team here, again, keep an eye on this person so he doesn't escalate situations unnecessarily. I'm talking about the bald, skinny one.
