  This location is amazing. there are all incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I went in looking for an engagement ring overwhelmed and nervous and they helped me narrow everything down and find the perfect ring. Please go see them, you wont regret it

  When we came in they took down our name and number to contact us and were helping us within a few minutes. Unfortunately the good stops there. We wanted a silver ring for my husband with scrollwork on the sides with a emerald cut amethyst in the center. The person helping told us immediately they couldn't do that. They checked with someone in the back but they told us it would be too difficult, it would take a long time, it would be very expensive ( we hadn't even discussed out budget) and that basically no one would be able to do this and we should just get the plain scrollwork ring example we showed. Im not sure why as we found multiple rings that were very similar to what we were asking for but he ended the conversation before ee could even ask why it was apparently impossible. We went to Jared's and they immediately put together a ring and said it was a very simple design. Definitely not coming back here, which i was sad about because they always have such a good collection that i was surprised this time. I think it was purely that the associate misunderstood us and didnt bother trying. Not sure if we weren't dressed "rich" enough or he just didnt want to help.

  My partner and I came in to get my ring cleaned originally. Judson was absolutely amazing. He was calm, patient, super polite, and very knowledgeable. Not only did we get my ring fixed, but Judson went up and beyond to talk to us about an engagement band that I wanted to try on. He went through his process of informing the details, and most of all, he was boosting my confidence about it. It wasn’t just because he was getting a sale, no, it was genuinely giving me confidence of how it was “too big” nor “too small”. He was super friendly and shared what his family shares all together. It was very heart warming. I will be back and asking for him again! Judson if you can read this, THANK YOU AGAIN!

  My first visit to Shane Co was amazing and honestly set the tone for what I thought would be a top-tier experience. I initially worked with Brisel, who was warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to help. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and then introduced me to Jud to dive deeper into gemstones. The two of them together were such a great team — knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. They made the whole process feel special instead of transactional. A few days later I came back to look at a ring again and worked with a different associate (curly-haired blonde, didn’t catch her name), and the difference was shocking. The energy felt cold from the start — no warmth, no enthusiasm, barely a smile. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. Jewelry is emotional and exciting, and that experience just felt flat and uncomfortable. What stood out most is how drastically the visit shifted purely because of the person helping me. Even if commission isn’t involved, a little kindness and warmth goes a long way — especially when someone could be making a huge purchase. That second interaction took what started as one of my best shopping experiences and almost turned it into one of the worst. Because of Brisel and Jud, I will absolutely return — they were fantastic and made me feel valued as a customer. But that contrast is something the company should be aware of, because service like theirs is what keeps people coming back.

  Tara was amazing! She helped me find my perfect first pair of lab grown diamond earrings. I never buy myself high end jewelry, and it was so nice to have an associate who wanted to help me with my budget and not push me to get something more expensive like most places do. She gave me plenty of time to try on different sizes before picking ones that suited me best. Thank you to her and to Shane co, I know I’ll be back for more! 🩷
