  JUST WANT TO PUT A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THIS LOCATION AND SOMEONE IN PARTICULAR. THIS IS MY 5TH PIECE OF JEWERLY IN 2 YEARS AND THIS LOCATION IS JUST AMAZING. IF I WAS ABLE TO GIVE 10 STARS TO TARA BAKER, SHE WOULD GET THEM ALL WITHOUT HESITATION. I HAVE BEEN DIFFICULT WITH WHAT I WANT BUILT AS WELL AS TIME LINES AND TARA HAS COME THRU OVER AND OVER. THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM, ENTHUSIASM, KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS SHE SELLS AND THE HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RARE THESE DAYS AND SHE HAS IT ALL. ALTHOUGH EVERYONE IS GREAT AND HELPFUL, TARA IS EXCEPTIONAL, A TRUE 1% AND JUST A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. LOOKING FORWARD TO PICKING UP MY NEW PIECES FOR MY FUTURE WIFE. TRULY AMAZING AND A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I WILL BE PICKING UP MY NEW ITEMS IN ABOUT 10 DAYS AND I REALLY HOPE HER SUPERVISORS REACH OUT AND SHARE THIS COMMUNICATION WITH HER. YOU CAN TELL SHE LOVES WHERE SHE WORKS AND THAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD. I MANAGE ALMOST 1700 PEOPLE IN 42 DIFFERENT OFFICES ACROSS THE STATES AND MAKE A HUGE DEAL WHEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS COMES ACROSS. THANK YOU SHANE CO AND TARA. GREAT JOB

  I've thought about browsing at other jewelry stores over the years and I keep coming back over and over to Shane Company. For many reasons, like the free ring sizing, the lifetime warranty, the coverage for lost stones, the customization and their beautiful shade of rose gold. But up until yesterday, it wasn't for the customer service. I usually hate the game of sharing an associate with another shopper in the store, coming in and waiting to be helped while the store is busy. Yesterday, I came in to browse when it wasn't very busy and Judd was awesome. He handled my hundreds of questions and was totally engaged in my desire to find something beautiful that fit my style. I briefly shared him with another shopper, but didn't mind at all because he was working with a sense of urgency. There were other employees there, not helping anyone that didn't jump into help. But he was hustling. He spent over an hour with me and we didn't find the perfect ring until right at the end. I had a great time and think he's the best I've ever spent time there with. I've also been emailing with Daniel about a custom order and he has been on top of it and very communicative. Shane company does alot of things right. I would add Judd and Daniel to that list.   Judson is a name everyone should know. I walked into this Shane co, and almost immediately was asked for help, which let’s be real, we all need help. A question to which I answered yes. Now, enter stage left: Jud. He was professional, quick, BEYOND knowledgeable, and was incredibly helpful and kind. Within mins we got everything figured out. Literal angel in the midst of the mess and unorganized catastrophe landscape that is engagement ring shopping. I could not have asked for a better, more capable, and more understanding staff member. It was stupendous the amount of work he was able to do and the sheer information and clarification he provided was breathtaking. Ring shopping is hard enough, and Jud was able to do something a lot of people don’t: he makes you feel seen, heard, and human. For all you men out there that are lost in the sauce of asking the big question, I hope you find yourself a Jud. Tiffany and Co doesn’t have him. Kay jewelers definitely don’t deserve him. But Shane co in Westminster? Yes. The litany of praise this man and the company deserves knows no bounds. This isn’t sponsored btw these are my raw, unfiltered thoughts on my trip to Shane co in Westminster. The bathrooms were also pretty nice in there too.

  I had a wonderful experience finding a small gift for my fiancé for our anniversary! Leo was kind enough to show many options that wasn’t just in the case finding the perfect gift for my person ! He also answered all my questions and showed me everything I was interested in. I’m happy with what I got for my person and hope he loves it . Thank you 😊

  Just picked up an absolutly beautiful engagement ring from here, Dan and Megan helped me design and pick it out, its absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't be more happy. They mad the whole process so joyous, if im in need of any jewelery in the future ill be coming to this location. Thanks again yall
