Araceli asked me my issue then I explained it to her. She was gracious, polite, and very classy. I appreciate the effort I was in and out for a quick repair. What I thought would be a couple of days ended up being just 15 minutes. She came back and got me from the front, made certain it fit correctly and when all was settled, she smiled and sent me off politely. Thank you very much for the service it is appreciated.

Very large jewelry store with a large variety of beautiful pieces. I went in to inquire about a repair because one of the prongs on my ring was bent out slightly from getting caught on something. They were EXTREMELY busy, but I was still greeted by someone who could tell I was looking for assistance. He had someone come over to me to look at my issue as soon as possible. I was informed that there may be a price associated with the repair (possibly because my ring was not from their store), which was fine, and I expected that. They took my ring back to see if it was something they could fix and if they were comfortable working on it (which makes sense since they don't know where I got it and what the quality of the metal is). He came back with my ring about 5 minutes later and said they went ahead and tightened it up for me real quick, and I was good to go. That was so incredibly kind of them, especially considering how slammed they were. I came to this store because it is right next to my home and they had a lot of good reviews. I can safely say that I will happily use their services again and would love to do any future jewelry shopping at this location.

My family has been purchasing jewelery from Shane Co for over 20 years (13 yrs myself). Everything until this last year has always been fantastic customer service and quality. My Husband decided to upgrade my wedding ring this year. In doing so we decided to take my old wedding set, get it polished, re-rodiumed, and separated (was sodered) to put away for my children. When we picked up the rings they were completely trashed. Thin, mis-shapen, un buffed and completely stratched. We called management they promised to fix it. Took it back and it did not improve at all! They had to completely replace the ring along with another that was also damaged during this same ordeal. Thank goodness there was a couple of these wedding sets left in the company. Now the new ring.. within a month a small diamond fell out of the band. Took it in for warranty work, again returned to me mis-shapen. Decided to not turn it back in due to being scared it would only be returned in worse condition. Today 2 months later another diamond has fallen out. I am so frustrated by the quality of repairs happening at Shane Co. We view these items as family heirlooms. They have been a huge investment to us. I am so disappointed.
