Unfortunately, the nice clerk wasn't very computer literate and turned us over to a young clerk who really should not be in a customer-facing position. She was surly, rude, and quite abrasive. Actually got huffy with us because the system could not find the address we gave her for shipping an item to. She was also an exception to the high quality of the staff at this store.

Rude, will take my business elsewhere.

My family had scheduled a time for our girl scout troop to collect winter supplies for veterans in front of the store. We had spoken to a person on the phone nearly a month in advance and was given the go ahead. When we checked in the Tuesday before we were given no indication that anything we were doing was concerning or "not allowed". As we were finishing up our donation drive. We had been there for two hours at that time. A gentleman claiming to be the manager approached the girls and my spouse and basically berated them for some rule that no one in the several phone conversations had made us aware of. When we arrived we checked in and all seemed well. To be treated this way and having to measure a group of young girls who thought they were doing good is a task no parent is looking forward to. This gentleman would not give his name until my spouse and her co leader forced it out of him. He gave us the name Dean which... who knows he was wearing nothing that signified he was even an employee of this store. After this experience I will be spending elsewhere.
