Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

Had the rudest encounter today. The sales associate started our encounter with an off putting attitude and when she asked for my email, I said "no thanks, let's skip it today please" and then proceeded to look me up and down and asked if I'd ever shopped in the store before and when I said "yes" she squinted her nose in a condescending manner and said "mmmm I don't think so" and then stared at me. I mean, what?! It's 2025 and we're publicly shaming other women for absolutely zero reason? For what reason was she so sure that I had never "shopped in store". Do better Lululemon and give your staff training on basic human decency. If management cares to correct this, please feel free to contact me and I can provide more details on who this was who treated customers so poorly. The store wasn't even busy, so there is no excuse for hiring staff who have horrible attitude and manners.

The absolute worst Lululemon experience I’ve ever had. Walked in with the intention to buy a scuba jacket , 2 pairs of leggings, & define jacket. Upon entering I wasn’t greeted. I then asked a question about some items and was told no to check online then girl walked away. Employees worried about their own conversations than helping customers. I’m glad I didn’t spend a dime at this store. This location needs to seriously re-train their employees on customer service. They lack respect horribly.

when I purchased a shirt for Christmas for my daughter, the cashier told me that it would be easier for her to exchange or return the shirt if I gave an email address so I gave my daughter‘s email address because she is already a member when my daughter went to exchange the shirt for a smaller size she was told she could not because the tag was not attached even though she had the tag with her. I thought Lulu had a lifetime time guarantee that’s why you pay the high prices for it.

This is the best Lululemon around! All the employees go above and beyond, whether that is in helping me find any sizes I might need or taking the time to get to hear what type of product I am looking for. Peyton is the best Educator, and I am always happy to see her in the store.
