- BEBarry EnnisFeb 16, 20262.0Every employee has made it a point to say hello, or welcome, or ask if they can assist. Very nice service, but this store needs a refresh. Displays are damaged, taped, worn and dirty. This store needs to step out of the 90's
- JDjacob dingleJan 30, 20262.0Bought an engagement ring set through the store. Paid for the lifetime warranty. Had the rings resized through the store, after 2 weeks we got a call saying that there was a problem with the rings castings and that they would send out an identical ring and put a “RUSH” on it ( which already kinda sucks because it’s not the ring i proposed with ) it’s been almost 4 weeks since then. Called the store last week and they said it would be there “any day now” and couldn’t give us more info . Called asurion ( the company the warranty and resizing goes through ) tried calling corporate office and no one can tell us where our set is . Weve now hadto pay 200 dollars to reschedule a photo shoot, because you guys have almost had the rings for 7 weeks . Is this the kind of experience people should expect from your “ fine jewelry department “? Where are our rings ? Did they get lost ? Why can no one tell us where they are or when we will receive them? It’s been almost 7 weeks!

The entire process was so smooth and she was so quick with all the poses. If you’re considering a photo shoot, definitely do it and ask for Aspen

They were super funny and knew exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend this place for large groups as well as pet portraits!!
