- CMCarla MillerMar 30, 20261.0There was no one around when we arrived. Finally, a man directed us to slip on shoes size 11.5 mens. He then walked away. I was using my cane, my husband was using his walker. I was frustrated and disappointed no one could help. I almost fell over trying to help my husband try on shoes. It didn't work too well. No one came to help or see if we were doing ok. I pulled several shoes off the shelves so he could try them on. No success. We met a nice couple who were looking as well. They were in better shape than we were but, they too received no help. This DSW visit was disappointing and frustrating. I will not visit there again. I suggest one only go if you're able to help yourself because no one else will. Sad! No customer service...

- TWTiffani WorthleyDec 21, 20251.0As many others have noted recently- if you enjoy dealing with untrained staff members that are incredibly rude, visit this store. I tried to do an exchange for a Christmas gift, but had a hard time getting the store associate and manager to understand what was needed. The store manager was dismissive of every attempt I made to explain and ultimately returned the gift to the gift givers account instead of giving me a merchandise credit, thus making me pay out of my own pocket for the replacement gift/product. The manager literally yelled at me, in front of dozens of customers, when I was upset that they didn’t process the exchange properly and said their system couldn’t do what I was asking. Hmm…so why wasn’t that explained and why is it hard to have common courtesy? It’s the holiday season - I will be one of many exchanges - the staff at this location should be trained appropriately to know how to handle these situations, but they’re not. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
