These two lady’s working today (03/05/26) were very unprofessional and unfriendly towards me & the group of guests I went in with. I was trying to purchase a pair of gloves with the intention to redeem my $30 rewards. As I was at checkout I told the Lady I have a NorthFace account and she completely ignored me and rung me up. I expressed to her that my hope was to use my rewards toward this purchase and she told me “it’s already on sale. You can use those rewards online towards another purchase.” She then told me that this location only sells NF products, they don’t link accounts with purchases. I found this unprofessional. She was practically pressuring us to buy the pair of gloves. Because we declined the other lady was shaking her head out of disappoint, just because we chose not to purchase the gloves? Rude. Even entering the store alone, we received NO welcoming. As we were browsing the gloves we were just being watched. 0/5. I have never left a review before, but I just couldn’t believe this.

My brother left some gloves in the wrong place and was almost yelled at for it 😂 . We wanted to buy something using rewards and were told we couldn’t. We said sorry we didn’t know and we were going to think about it . We left and one of the ladies was nodding her head like she couldn’t believe our behavior 😂😂. FOREIGNERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE , ITS NOT WORTH THE BAD TIME
