- GTGrace TranOct 14, 20255.0came here looking for a specific sports bra and i have to shout out the manager Morgan for her extraordinary customer service. lululemon is known for their great customer service but she went completely above and beyond for me, telling me all about the bra i was looking for and helping me with sizing!! i have never experienced such good service and couldn’t be more grateful for Morgan!!

She was unwilling to help, very rudely said it was not her job and told me to call customer service. all and all, she was extremely rude about it. If you look at any of my other reviews you will see they are all positive. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this was just rude.

The store managers Jessie was absolutely amazing, if I could write a book on our experience I would. I usually do NOT write reviews on stores but this one is so well deserved. THANK YOU to each of you young ladies!!!! I wish each Lululemon experiences was as good as this one was.
