  I really wanted to take some time to recognize how excellent my experience was with Ara, and really with the whole team at Betteridge. If you are someone who is interested in high-end watches, especially Rolex, you already know that not all authorized dealers are the same, and Betteridge has really been a shining example of how business should be done. They have always been kind, welcoming, and very professional and courteous. Coming from the Front Range, they really worked with my schedule to find a time for me to come into the store to complete my purchase, without ever making me feel pressured or otherwise less than valuable. Ara herself is amazing, kind, funny, and very easy to talk to. Her sales manager Lindsay is equally excellent, and was an integral part of making my whole experience come together. I’m really looking forward to continuing to build a long relationship with the team here. I truly cannot recommend this store and the staff enough, if you are able to start your relationship with them coming from the Front Range, or other parts of the state, don’t hesitate!

  Casey was an absolute pleasure to work with from the first moment I stepped foot into Betteridge. His knowledge and passion for watches is truly impressive and he has that rare gift to make you feel welcome and at ease while browsing which is not common in a high end shop like this. Casey was extremely patient while I took my time deciding on a watch and then completely on top of it tracking down my top choice which was probably not easy. I can't thank Casey enough for his professionalism and hard work these past few months and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a new timepiece.

  Came into Betteridge looking to get a watch to celebrate a milestone. Jonathan was exactly the kind of SA you hope to find. He took time letting me try on multiple references, went deep on the details of different models and a few other brands, and made the whole process educational. While we were there, he also took time with my wife, and helped us find the perfect Panthère de Cartier to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We came in for one watch and left with something special for her. Jonathan is knowledgeable and genuinely invested in the people he works with. He’s the person to know at Betteridge.
