  Let me first start by saying that the people that work the here are awesome. The staff members that were helping us were incredibly helpful and we're very upfront with how much training they had. And their ability to help us, we came in for an exchange as the sunglasses that I'd gotten for my birthday. Just didn't fit right? We went with a much more expensive pair of Meta glasses with prescriptions. And unfortunately, the staff didn't know how to enter in the prescriptions or get assigned up. They were texting back-and-forth with their manager. They send, you know, if we don't mind waiting for the manager to show up, they texted her to let her know that we were there. And that once she showed up, she knew how to do the rest of this. Because they were pretty new. We were happy to go shop elsewhere in the shopping center and we're back a few minutes before the manager showed up, the employees said, oh, here's our boss. Now we turn said, hi, we're the people who have been waiting for you. We're happy to see that you're here. She walked completely by us without even acknowledging us to the back room, came back out in t**, so you're the ones who want this special order. And then she said, oh, we have to do this fitting, and her employees gathered round. Because they had been texting back-and-forth to try and help us at which point she said, you guys need to go elsewhere. This is complex and not something you need to be doing. And then she looked at us and said, it's really something. They have to have experience with. She was completely belittling to the only people who greeted us in a friendly manner. And who were so very helpful and we had made the purchase there a couple weeks ago because our first purchase had went so well with these same employees. Although we had the same experience with her as being belittleding to the employees and rude with us. At which point it was discovered that my prescription was out of date and she just was like, let's just avoid the whole thing. And so I was like, getting wet. I am not dropping a $1000 on a pair of sunglasses with this kind of attitude. Instead of giving me some options or telling me that I could come back and get prescriptions done or anything else? She was acted like it was a huge putout and that we were paying the butt. So I just had her avoid the whole thing. And we just got a refund on the sunglasses that we'd bought two weeks ago. It's really unfortunate. Because the other employees are incredible and they're wonderful.But this manager makes the whole shopping trip.Not worthwhile .

  They will sell you a protection plan but failed to tell you if you wanna redeem that there will be another co-pay so I paid 460 for some glasses that stopped working not because I damaged them, brought them in to see if they could fix it. All they told me is I have to pay another $130 and they’ll give me new ones. I told them I don’t want that I just want all my money back at this point because a lot of my time has now been wasted. She told me I should try to sell the new ones to a family member to try to make up for some of my money I thought that was comedy.

  Leah helped me pick out 2 pairs of sunglasses today. Showed me all kinds of options. Great attitude, great service! I’ve been waiting for a 10/10 experience to buy new sunglasses for a long time. She killed it. 😎 thanks again!

  Wow what a crappy experience here with the Manager and team. They deserve zero stars. Came in to return a pair of shades I wore maybe once and the lady Wendy tried to say that some lotion or something wasn’t coming off but the glasses were completely clean. Then she proceeded to see that I forgot the soft case I said no problem I’ll go back to get it she’s saying keep the glasses here and go get it I tell her no I can take them with me and come back she said well we will have to start the return over I said ok that is totally fine I am not going to leave my glasses in store either way. She didn’t like this when I can back in she proceeded to tell me she could only give me a check for the return mailed to my house because she had to start over I said ok that is not my problem don’t see why you can’t start over because it’s a credit card so not sure who you are trying to send a check to. Anyway lady was trying to make it hard to make the return even when I walked in. Avoid this store at all costs if you don’t want to deal with a crappy team especially if you need to return something that you don’t like

  The supervisor on Easter Sunday was extremely rude. They offer a military discount and the lady expected me to have a barcode as just showing my ID like every store in this shopping center she made me feel socially awkward in adequate and I found it to be very disrespectful, she wanted to see my personal information on the id.me app, which I found very awkward. Sunglass hut can definitely find better staffing with today’s economy
