The staff that works at this location clearly don’t think that Spanish is spoken by anyone but themselves. On numerous occasions while shopping at this location the staff was observed making foul jokes, calling people names, and racial slurs towards the customers. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be stopped immediately and addressed.

Very frustrating experience at this Tommy Hilfiger outlet. I was in the store around 4:45 PM and specifically asked an employee what time the store closed. I was told 7:00 PM. I explained that I had a long drive and would be returning. After making nearly a two-hour round trip, I arrived back to find the store already closed at 6:00 PM, despite staff still being inside and unwilling to open the doors. What makes this even more upsetting is that I had children in the car during this trip, relying on the information given by the employee. I was able to get a hold of someone inside the store whom I’m assuming was management by phone and was told the store closed early because she wasn’t feeling well and another employee had a death in the family. While I sympathize with personal situations, none of that was communicated at the time, and customers were still given incorrect information. A simple update or honesty about closing early would have prevented this entire situation. This was unprofessional, inconsiderate of my time, gas, and my children’s comfort, and handled very poorly. Emergencies happen, but clear communication is still a responsibility — especially when customers are directly asking and relying on what they’re told. Accurate information from staff is the bare minimum customers should be able to expect. Had I been told the correct closing time, I would not have returned. “Store originally closes at 9pm” states it on google poor management..

Sticker on door says they don't respect our second amendment rights. Guess I won't buy here since I'm not allowed in.
