  Went to see if I can exchange the meta sunglasses I bought for a Xmas gift, and this lady kept saying that they were prescription I told her they weren’t she was extremely rude to me wasn’t willing to help me out or listen to me the customer. I was putting my item back in the box and she kept running her mouth being rude I asked her to walk away from me so I can put my stuff back in its box not saying anything. I’m disappointed that this is how a customer is treated. She shouldn’t be working here if this is how she’s treating customers.

  I would honestly avoid, its not worth the discount price. 1. We paid 306$ for ray ban 2. They charged us but never ordered the glasses 3. 3 weeks later called to check in first time lady was super busy on the phone and had 0 patience 4. A week later called again the lady thought I am inquiring on online order and didnt help at all 5. My partner called again with the receipt number, only to learn that they charged us but never ordered the glasses. That is a new thing for me!! Regardless they will not ship to home, and will ask you to come back to pick it up. So with all this hassle is it worth the extra 10% from ray ban site? If its not custom the price is almost the same!!

  DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE. 13801 Grant St Thornton CO. This store manager Wendy did not allow me to return a pair of kids sunglasses a week after i bought it. She claimed there's a scratch but 1) it's not noticeable at all to the naked eye 2) it came that way when we bought it. those glasses were not even worn once since we bought it, and we changed our minds on it for a Xmas gift. When buying it, the sales person Israel took a long time to clean those glasses and commented that there are many marks on kids glasses, and i think he would accept the return if he was the one handling it. however Wendy doesn't care about that side of the story. I've bought a few glasses from this store but never again. IMO Wendy is looking to keep her store sales and will find ways to BS her way to refuse returns.

  Wouldn't let me return even with receipt glass case and bank statement, the ladywas rude and didn't help at all asked for managers number and she wouldn't provide it. I ended up getting security because there was clearly a communication problem

  The store manager’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. An associate was ready to process my return, but the manager refused over a missing pouch—even though I hadn’t raised an issue about the missing cleaning wipe when the glasses were first sold. I went to another location where the team was friendly and gladly accepted the return with just a receipt and the glasses in good shape. This Denver Premium Outlets location would benefit from better management.
