  Wouldn't let me return even with receipt glass case and bank statement, the ladywas rude and didn't help at all asked for managers number and she wouldn't provide it. I ended up getting security because there was clearly a communication problem

  The store manager’s attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. An associate was ready to process my return, but the manager refused over a missing pouch—even though I hadn’t raised an issue about the missing cleaning wipe when the glasses were first sold. I went to another location where the team was friendly and gladly accepted the return with just a receipt and the glasses in good shape. This Denver Premium Outlets location would benefit from better management.

  Called this location to get information about a purchase. Before presenting so I knew what I needed to repair my lens. The person who said she was the manger kept hanging up as I asked questions. Refused to give me a corporate name or number. Refused to tell me her name, or assist me. If this is who you hire to handles customer service. That is disappointing I spend good money on glasses each year. This type of service makes me want to go elsewhere. Find better people to Represent your business and what it stands for Side note- called a different Location where the young man was very helpful very friendly even apologized for the other person’s poor customer service skills provide provided me with the information that I needed so I now will be taking my business to that store

  Samantha and Patrick were amazing! They were able to help pick out some wonderful pairs of glasses for all of us and were very helpful in fixing our glasses. Both are Very customer satisfsction orientated. I see some bad reviews about the manager here - I will back those up, as I've had some negative experiences, but I am not sure if the manager changed since (she was basically not very customer satisfaction orientated even though we've purchased over 10 pairs from this same location)

  Wendy the manager was very lazy at customer service and the wasn't able to help me in the most simplest way possible . What Would’ve been a simple adjustment turned into me basically never wanting to go to sunglass hut again. Just making excuses for something that isn’t even a right or wrong situation now I have to go and return my sunglasses cause I’m just simply not impressed with the brand sunglass hut or their customer service.
