We always love stopping by the Denver Premium Outlets. The layout is open, clean, and easy to walk, and the selection of stores is great. I was especially happy to see Bumble and Bumble products in stock at the salon/beauty store — they had a great selection and the staff was helpful without being pushy. The boys grabbed food from the food hall and everything came out hot, fresh, and so good. Charley’s wings and fries hit the spot, and the pizza was a win too (which is saying something with kids!). We browsed, snacked, and just enjoyed a laid-back afternoon together. It’s a great place to shop, stretch your legs, and make a little day out of it. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the Denver area.

This is a fantastic mall with all the stores facing outdoors. We always enjoy visiting Columbia and plan to check out a few more stops during our trip. There are plenty of options for everyone, and a food court if you get hungry. A wonderful mall on the north side of Denver!

I’ve been shopping at Thornton Outlet Mall for the past few years, and it’s truly a wonderful place for our family and guests to visit. The variety of stores, food options, playground, and amenities make it a great destination. However, I’ve noticed that many stores lack ADA-compliant features, such as handicap-accessible door opener buttons. This has made it difficult to shop at several locations, including stores like Nike and Aeropostale. My daughter uses a wheelchair, and I also have a 10-month-old baby in a stroller, which makes accessing these stores even more challenging—especially those that cater to children’s clothing. I’m writing to ask if it’s possible to implement ADA accessibility requirements across all stores in the mall. Doing so would allow individuals of all abilities to access stores independently, without struggling to enter or exit. Unfortunately, in many cases, staff do not assist with opening doors, leaving us to manage on our own. Please let me know how I can support or help move this initiative forward. I believe this change would make a meaningful difference for many families and individuals in our community.

I love this store online but going in person was a different story! Loss prevention lurking and obviously watching me the whole time made me as a paying customer want to run away! I am a 40 y/o mom of two, I definitely don’t fit the profile. The staff mostly eyed us the whole time acting suspicious themselves. Such an awkward experience. Columbia store was a breath of fresh air. Just there to shop like regular people and I actually wanted to spend money because it was much less intimidating.
