I had a bad experience turned into a positive one. I waoted a solid 10 minutes for someone to help me in shoes. I asked the fishing department and their response was "i don't know anything about footwear" and I asked him to help me find someone to help me in shoes but he completely avoided me. Then I went to customer service and the worker in the foyer wouldn't help me. So the I go to the customer service desk and Jonny really turned it around for me. He is the customer service manager but wore the footwear hat for me and helped me find the right hoka boot/shoe. I have been in need of these boots for awhile and I was in tremendous pain but Jonny was super patient with me. There was another lady there who helped me too but I forgot her name but she was also really helpful. The store overall 4/5 but those two easily get 10/10

We have been going to Santas workshop for 13 years and sadly this year the experience was by far the absolute worst. I have had twelve photos of my kids prior to this year and never had a complaint, this years was sooo zoomed out and absolutely terrible. Also my kids experience with Santa was beyond sub par. In the past Santa takes an interest in talking to the kids and this ulyear all they got was "what do you want" zero engagement and it was a weekday during the morning and no one else was waiting so it wasn't because he was trying to keep a line moving. We will be going back to Bass Pro Shop in Northfield for our 2026 photo. It's a big part of our holiday tradition and it was sad that no one seemed to care about providing a good service.

Cabela's/ Bass is now in bed with sunglass hut. I have no idea why but prices are up $25 over last Dec. Check out Amazon. Sorry to say I like shopping brick and mortar stores but not when they bend you over.

I went in to get pictures with santa for my daughters. Then grabbed a beretta shirt and went to look at the guns. I saw an older man behind the counter named RONALD RICHARDS and i said "excuse me you wouldn't Happen to know if you guys have smith and wesson shirts do you?" He said "that would be the clothing department this is the gun department". I said we'll yeah obviously i was just asking a question" and he said "i know it must be real confusing for you". So i said "wow that was really rude". And he just shrugged his shoulders at me. So i asked what his name was so i can call and complain which I've never done in my life. Then he said why are you so angry? These mean old men really shouldn't have jobs in customer service if they are going to talk to people like this. And judging from these reviews it looks like the only nice employee in the gun department is Joe. I'll Never be buying anything from this place again. I'll drive farther to sheels.
