Their selection is wonderful with everything from bikes, clothing, hunting and fishing, outdoor sports, camping, etc. The stores are massive and it is interesting just looking at all the animal mounts. A great place to look for Christmas gift. We used to really like their mail order catalogs, but haven't used that resource in decades. However, where the store really failed us was customer service and this seems to be more and more common in this day and age. We took our purchases to the checkout counter and had a couple of gift cards we wanted to use. There were issues with the cards so we were taken over to customer service. Okay, no big deal, right? Customer service was anything but helpful. She tried putting the cards into tge system, but that didn't work either. So, what happens? She write down a phone number and gives it to me. "You can call them and see what you can figure out" we were told and she walks away. What? You are not going to call? The cards clearly state they do not expire. The items we were purchasing just sat there. She said nothing about them. So we just left. Simply amazing. . .
- JAJohn ANov 16, 20254.0Nice right off the freeway easy access. Not the biggest Cabela's but they have most everything you need. Plenty of free parking also. When I was the here they had lots of items on sale and even gave me a military discount. Go to place if you need hunting or fishing needs.
