  I shopped here a couple of days ago and I left very satisfied and in a better mood than when I walked in. I was helped by such a pretty and kind girl named Taylor. Literally the cutest person and I can tell she was a vibe the moment I walked in. I was desperately in need of new bras. The last bra I had was bought almost 10 years ago. Girl I know 🤦🏾‍♀️ smh. I first went to VS at the orchard mall because that's the only place I know when it comes to "nice bras " I HATED goin there. VS employees did not care about what I needed or liked when it came to bras. They even measured me half ass! Going to Aerie was just a shot in the dark and I'm so happy I made that shot. I got 6 bras for a good price.They had a deal 2 bras for $65! Taylor measured me thoroughly. Before that she asked where I felt the most comfy to get measured whether in a more private area or in the dressing room area. Those VS serpents just measured me on the main floor by the front doors and my boob popped out! Taylor asked what type of fit do I like, if I like clasps in the back, if I wanted wire. She was extremely helpful. Which was appreciated because I know dog shit about types of bras. Again, VS incorrectly an inappropriately measured me and then disappeared for the rest of my time at that store. Taylor at Aerie stayed close by and even showed my bralettes that fit bigger chests that I LOVED! I’ve never found a good fitting bralette for size D until I went to Aerie. She even suggested other sizes that might still fit me like a C cup for a push-up bra instead of a D. That bra also fit perfectly! Taylor checked in with me and helped me find more colors in the bras I did like. She was just a doll. This is a long review but I just need to express how lovely this store, specifically Taylor made me feel. I am a curvy girl and a darker skinned person. Sometimes stores at Malls make me feel less than or not important enough to cater to. I was extremely irritated at VS and low key hating on my body after not finding a bra that fit there. I was short on time so when I was shown more attention by Aerie, I didn’t feel ashamed about my body. I didn’t feel dismissed at all. I made I promise to myself to never shop at VS again and to start coming here. Thanks so much again Taylor. I don’t know if you’ll read this or remember me but girl you really made my day. I know I didn’t look like it, but I was on one for real before walking in and you lifted my mood.

  Went in around closing time our first time at the outlets and Taylor went above and beyond her customer service was great thanks so much for the great experience !

  Store was clean and well organized. The staff there are truly angels. They are welcoming and helpful even with my wild toddler running around.

  The store was a DISASTER - clothing just stuffed in places onto shelves - clothing on the floor and it looked like the dressing room hadn’t been cleaned or straightened in weeks! Only one staff member was on the floor and they were standing by a rounder in the back corner, just moving hangers to look busy. I was greeted with “welcome in” and the person wasn’t even looking at me when she said it - lol. Huge, long line with only one register open and someone taking a very long time to be helped because her discounts hadn’t come off on her purchase. I had an online pick up and had to wait in the long line (not usual these days) and when she came out with it she just handed it to me without a receipt or a bag. I kept getting texts and emails to come pick up my order (??) which is very odd. Will not be back. Flatirons Aerie is a much more enjoyable experience.
