If your looking to buy a bow from here good luck, I’d suggest look elsewhere, I went to this location three times to buy a bow, every time I went they never had someone working in that department, when I finally was able to get my bow I had nothing but issues with it, everytime I went back to get it fixed nobody was working in that area again, when I tried to call the store to get it fixed nobody would answered so I’d have to drive 15 minutes from my houses to see if anybody is working in archery, i did this about 6/7 times, so if anyone is looking to buy a bow and get it sighted for you good luck, fyi I spend $1700 on two bows

Should have just ordered online. I walk in I am immediately harassed to get a credit card. Ammo is locked up, unlike sportsman's warehouse (I am aware the law is changing). Bothered by the clerk to get a credit card again to avoid taxes on ammo in the future because of the govenor (thanks for your input sir,i just wanted to buy ammo not talk politics). I'll probably stick to online purchases, or go somewhere else.

Cabela’s…
Not just a store —
more like a place where stories hang in the air 🎣🌲
🚗🌾➡️🏬
Pulled in…
and right away you feel it
not rush
not noise
just space… and something familiar
🎣🦌🪵
You walk inside —
and it’s all there
gear, lines, boots, rods
but it ain’t just things
it’s memories waiting for someone to pick them up
👣💭
Reminds me of early mornings
cold hands
quiet water
that moment before the first cast
🌅🎣
Cabela’s doesn’t try to impress you
it just stands there steady
like an old man who’s been fishing the same river
longer than you’ve been alive
🪶🌬️
You take your time here
no need to hurry
good places don’t rush you
🙏✨
Solid spot
honest
🌲🎣
Cabela’s…
the kind of place that doesn’t just sell gear
it reminds you
why you ever started in the first place

Our family’s recent visit for the Easter Bunny photo event. While we always look forward to your seasonal activities, this particular experience was quite challenging due to significant logistical issues. Despite our efforts to secure an Express Line reservation, we were required to wait in the standby line for nearly two hours. We observed that the queue management felt unbalanced; for instance, at 11:30 AM, priority was given exclusively to 12:00 PM reservations rather than alternating between the two lines to maintain a steady flow. The situation only improved after 12:30 PM when a staff member, "Karen", began alternating the lines, which allowed us to finally complete our session by 1:00 PM.
To manage our children’s restlessness during the long wait, my husband and I had to take turns standing in line. We were disappointed that, despite the visible congestion, no staff members checked in us while were browsing different departments. However, I would like to commend "Jim H" he was the only associate who proactively reached out to ask if I needed assistance while I was browsing. Compared to our seamless experience during Santa’s Wonderland, this visit fell short of the high standard of service we typically associate with Bass Pro Shops

This is last time I even think about giving this location my business! Went to fill out normal paperwork for a firearm pick up. Walked in 15 minutes after they opened, One person working already helping customers, I walked into the gun library finding Bill playing on his phone, tried to blow me off to someone else so he could continue playing on his phone because he was “covering for someone using the restroom” then expects me to be added to a queue when I had already been waiting over 20 minutes.
He then walked out the back 10 minutes later and started helping someone else who just walked up and completely ignored me. This was after 3 other workers walked out the back and appeared to just be socializing in the back instead of doing their jobs.
I walked up to customer service cancelled my order with a manager and walked out.
This is the 2nd such experience I’ve had when trying to do simple paperwork to pickup an ordered firearm. Last time I had to have the manager of the department get one of his guys off their backside to help me do something that takes no longer than 15 minutes.
For the record my number in your “queue” wasn’t called until after I had long left the store almost an hour later with only 2 others waiting unacceptable!
The firearms team needs a complete refresh! Complete joke full of old crabby workers who are unprofessional and just try to put off helping you on someone else because they don’t want to.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
