My daughter was having a lot of foot pain from her ski boots so we went here thinking we would need a new pair but Katie took the time to figure out that what she needed was actually molding the current inner liners and arch supports. This helped her immediately. Greatly appreciated her time, patience, and expertise.

She made sure everyone was comfortable with their boots, helmets, board size/type, and stance. She was happy to answer all our questions, and we had a great time with the gear. I’ll definitely rent here again on my next trip to Colorado.

At first I was really distraught, but then a sweet lady by the name of Katie ensure that she could help me with my problem. She then proceeded to get the boot put it on a heating machine and give me the instructions so that I could stretch the boot out more to where it would be more helpful And comfortable on my feet after the process, I was amazed at how comfy the boot was and the level of customer care outstanding A delightful person to myself and everyone around her definitely a keeper thank you very much!
