My son was trying to tell me about him and then we went in last night to try to get a refund on fishing line that he was charged for but didn’t get Zach refused to help my son. And my son kept on asking why and he kept on just telling my son like he told my son the day before to come back tomorrow But what’s the sense to Come back and drive back-and-forth, especially when you live for So just refused to help my son And then, when my kid tried to go grab fishing line, he blocked them from getting fishing line and then grab And Tried to drag him outside With his other employees, pushing him and grabbing him When I’m walking inside and Zach and Another employee comes outside the door After pushing him and grabbing him And then Zach is grabbing him again, trying to throw him on the ground Cops come, doesn’t charge my kid and tells my kid he’s sorry It didn’t have to come down to this And then Zach comes outside, trying to give my kid fishing line Cheap cheap fishing line Not even the same fishing line we were charged for which why couldn’t he have done that in the beginning or helped us out i’m very hurt and it’s disappointing And then customers are walking past us outside telling us this is why we don’t shop here anymore
