- CCCatherineDec 2, 20251.0The worst customer service! Unless you are a local, you will not be welcomed, asked if you need help, or engaged in conversation. I've been there on a few occasions to see if the environment would get better, unfortunately no. I don't recommend this store nor will I be stopping there again. It's not only this location, it's also like this in Montrose. Not sure why that is with Murdoch's--management issue I suppose? That said, I will go to Big R to spend my money where the staff is friendly, helpful, and customer oriented. Well done, Big R!!!

Their website said it was in store and it only took them 10 seconds to take my money... then I'm told that I should have called. So why do they offer "on-line shopping and pickup"? Waste of my time and fuel. Shop Big R.

Upon arriving, the ammunition that was supposed to be in stock, was actually not there at all. The store manager reached out to me and made it right. You can't ask for anything more.
