- BBBill BormesDec 31, 20253.0Murdoch’s is a good place for lots of farm related stuff. It’s got a good selection of clothing and accessories. The hardware selection is decent and in some cases has items that are hard to find elsewhere. This store is worth checking out for lots of different things. Concern: Even though they have a loyalty program, returns require a receipt for a refund. Very disappointing….

They tend to carry better brands and have a clothing section that rivals what you would come across at a big department store. I bought a decent pair of overalls for under $50. We get our dog food here but they also sell feed for a variety of animals.
- CCCatherineDec 2, 20251.0The worst customer service! Unless you are a local, you will not be welcomed, asked if you need help, or engaged in conversation. I've been there on a few occasions to see if the environment would get better, unfortunately no. I don't recommend this store nor will I be stopping there again. It's not only this location, it's also like this in Montrose. Not sure why that is with Murdoch's--management issue I suppose? That said, I will go to Big R to spend my money where the staff is friendly, helpful, and customer oriented. Well done, Big R!!!
