It honestly feels like a going-out-of-business sale every time I walk in. Customer service is nonexistent. The only employees I saw were all helping the same two people while everyone else was ignored. No one even tried. My fiancé also called about a rifle he got an ‘in stock’ alert for and was basically told ‘no’ with zero effort to help or offer alternatives. That sums up this place—no effort, no service, no reason to come back. Save your time and money and go to Cabela’s or make the drive to Scheels instead—we did, and had a much better experience.
