Terrible service after the sale, they are here to take your money and don't care about you AT ALL. And, Ron warned me that he doesn't answer the phone, which makes sense because the company doesn't support their customers, so they keep the phone ringing constantly with people trying to get help. 10/10 don't recommend this company INITIAL REVIEW Ron could not be more helpful, straightforward or candid. He was a pleasure to meet, and I feel 100% confident that he'll handle any unexpected issues that arise. Smart Start had the most friendly, patient and informative staff while I was shopping all the options, hands down, plus a super awesome discount and the device is easy to use, zero buttons for normal use. I DEFINITELY recommend installing the additional LED warning light, it saved multiple times on day two, because you just won't hear the beep with the radio on, having a conversation, or with the windows down on the interstate. And letting him know up front that you want it will save everyone time. 10/10 recommend!!
