We purchased 2 pairs of meta sunglasses as Christmas gifts because the associate helping us stated that we could exchange/ return them if the recipient didn’t like the fit or style. The store business cards were “conveniently” placed on top of a sign that stated that opened meta glasses couldn’t be returned to the store. Other stores like Scheels or Best Buy will allow open product returns! They will get my future business.
