This big block chain has a small town feel. Great customer service with well trained pleasant staff.
I like it better than Scheel's. There's just far less chaos with a calmer feel.

I’ve been a cust for years, and all of a sudden, they don’t care! You can’t order at the store, must be done online, which sux. But, when you order a silencer, they use “Silencer Central” and they truly suck!!! Their portal is useless, and once they have your money, screw the customer

I'm giving 1 star because the older female manager with short hair that was working today around 5pm-5:30 was an absolute horrid person to the employees and customers. That's literally the nicest way I can describe her.
Idk how people like this get into management roles. She shouldn't be leading anyone with that horrible attitude.
I had an online order that I had to sign for. The supervisor said she was too busy over the radio and so I waited patiently. I wasn't in a rush but once the supervisor showed up, she ignored the cashier who had a question and didn't acknowledge me.
Sportsmans need to retrain this supervisor on customer service or remove her from the role. Seriously, If it weren't for the kind cashier's I wouldn't come back.
I will say that the cashier, Rose, is an absolute gem and has helped me before. She's always positive, friendly and helpful.
I hope you get rid of the rotten egg in management. I'll probably think twice before shopping here again. Go ahead and copy the same lame "apology" you guys always do with these reviews. Maybe you should actually do something about it.
