  I had such an amazing experience! The girls working were so sweet and attentive the whole time. I have such a struggle trying to find jeans that fit me but they were super patient and really knew where to guide me to find a jean I liked. Definitely one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in awhile! 🥰🥰

  Good store and good prices. The only thing the workers need work on is not standing around the cash register talking amongst themselves, Having to stand next to them while they chat it up to ask for a fitting room. Although 2 of the workers asked us if we needed anything when we walked in.

  I was in to make a return, pick up an order and browse new merchandise. I told all of this to the girl laying over the counter. I had to find where the greeting came from to have a face to face introduction. I was surprised the response I received was a blank stare, so I smiled and started shopping. The woman who came in after me was greeted and the sales explained which struck me as odd since I did not receive any of that info. After picking up a lot of items on a route towards the dressing room I walked into the dressing area and no one was around which again was odd because I've usually been approached in this location in the past when it looks like I'm headed for a dressing room. I went and found one of the girls at the register and when she opened the room (the first one as you enter) it was super gross. I felt really uncomfortable. The light is damaged giving almost a creepy vibe like darkness, there were clothing tags and clothing stickers on the floor and dust bunnies everywhere. I put my foot on the floor, which was a mistake, and it felt like it was gritty like it hadn't been swept in a really long time. I felt uncomfortable asking for another room because of lack of service available. I just wanted to finish and leave the store. When I went to the register after the dressing room I asked how long the sale would be going on. She looked at her 2 coworkers and said she didn't know and that they don't ever know. I asked when it had started and received the exact same response. At this point it felt like I was in a Gen z twilight zone. I don't expect a lot when shopping clothing stores, but have become accustomed to small services generally available at most clothing stores. Even this location once offered those small services. It's alarming the stark contrast that is now considered service at this location in comparison to only a year ago.

  Customer service 10/10 all the employees were extremely welcoming and helpful !! Thank you to the staff for making the experience pleasant.
