  This used to be a favorite place but has truly gone to hell , customer service is non existent, unfriendly bunch of snotty attitudes who act like you are a bother …. I wont go back ,,,,

  Love this store so much, from awesome management, Caitlin Diana and Jamie. Sweetest girls in clothing and cashiers. As well as hardworking guys over in hardside. Best customer service in the area!🤍

  This was my first time in your store. Everyone was so nice,I had a lot of questions. And when the staff was not 100% sure of the answer to my question she was happy to double check with management. I'll be back for sure!

  After the 41 years I’ve been going to that location since the days of country general and the last few years I’ve owned a farm, and before that…. The six horses and all the dogs and cat…. All the farm equipment and fencing equipment and grain and hay and mats and buckets and tanks and pitchforks and tack and blankets and fly protection and prevention and supplements and vaccines and medical supplies…I’m definitely close to the $150kin the last few years and I can’t imagine between my parents and me starting at that store turning into Murdocks… it must be up close to a million. The way I was treated by Kaitlyn manager queen the other day in front of clients and staff was beyond embarrassing, cruel and unprofessional. So unacceptable behavior. I’ve gotten one 10-15% discount EVER and after losing my job and being unemployed for months despite the over 140 applications and being a single mom with two kids and yes… way too many horses….. how dare she treat me like that. I will dive to the two tractor supply locations that are way out of my way for the rest of my life unless absolutely necessary. I know and love many of the staff and always ask about things in their life, including Kaitlyns wedding and that’s just one example. Rae is a gem and so is Carrie. The male manager and the staff has always treated me with respect but that embarrassed feeling I gained from being berated in public by her will not be tolerated by me ever again and all the money I will spend in the future will be going to tractor supply. They have (the 66/i-25 and Lafayette locations) have gone above and beyond without asking one hundred times over what Murdoch has EVER done for me. So thank you for listening to my Ted talk. This community is not large and I will be sharing my experience with the entire equine community in the area. We all talk and this was one huge detrimental mistake.
