They will throw you to back of the line after waiting for them to pay attention. For returns they process the return back to the purchaser on gifts so you can't even get something correct.

My roommate and I were excited to visit and check out the store, but within three minutes of walking in, the atmosphere became uncomfortable and hostile. A Nordstrom employee, dressed in full work attire with a headset, pretended to be on the phone while following and circling us for over 20 minutes as we shopped. As two Black women, it was very clear what was happening — we were being profiled and watched as though we didn’t belong there. This behavior is not only unprofessional, it is offensive, humiliating, and unacceptable in 2025. No one should feel targeted or harassed simply for existing in a retail space. Nordstrom is a brand that claims to value inclusivity and customer experience, but this incident made it very clear that those values were not upheld in this store. I hope Nordstrom addresses this issue immediately and provides better training for its staff to ensure no other customers are made to feel this way. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend shopping here.
