I didnt see the harm in a simple exchange. Unfortunately for this whole interaction I was denied the exchange because I simply washed the jeans. I had the receipt and tags to prove my purchase. It's simple things like this that ruin my faith and merchants . So don't wash your pants before first thoroughly inspecting your product.
