  I had a very disappointing experience at the Windsor store in Park Meadows. The associate, Alexis, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She insisted that I provide personal information to complete my purchase. I calmly explained that customers have the option to decline sharing personal information, especially as someone with management experience. Despite this, she continued to argue with me and refused to complete the transaction unless I complied. This entire interaction was frustrating and completely avoidable. No customer should feel pressured, argued with, or disrespected while trying to make a purchase. Experiences like this are exactly why I prefer shopping online instead of in- Store

  The red-haired employee/manager was extremely rude. I honestly don’t understand how someone with such poor customer service skills can be in a management position. I came in to return a few items, and she interrogated me as if I had done something wrong just for making a return. It was completely unnecessary and honestly ridiculous.

  I came in earlier today looking for a concert outfit, super helpful employees. The store was very clean and organized and also had great costumer service. Alexis was a big help and picked my whole outfit out! Will be shopping here more often.

  January 19 2026 Alexis was horrible had such a bad attitude super rude disrespectful giving attitude entire time just unnecessarily should not work in retail
