- JMJordan MauslingDec 21, 20251.0By far the worst customer service ive experienced at a sunglass hut. I ordered some meta AI glasses that showed online they were ready for pickup at this location. When I arrived. The lady at the counter seemed frustrated with a "i cant help you attitude". She told me they werent here with limited to no information after. I asked why. And all she gave me was short unhelpful answers and just said they were busy. After a few questions I finally got an answer that they will be here shortly. Simple kindness and clarity on a $450 dollar order is all i wanted and I was met with an attitude and rude looks. Ill be sure not to spend my money here

My sales associate mentioned the 100% satisfaction / 30day return policy and I ended up returning them for a different pair. The return policy was facilitated by Stephen and it was quick/easy/seamless - very happy with the customer support and customer-first mentality they provided. Thank you again guys!
