  Very pleasant staff. Very clean and organized. Item prices were overall appropriately marked. Sales rep had a smile on her face and was extremely friendly. She was helpful in looking up prices to items for me a well for an item that had no price marked. She apologized that their team is usually very good at marking items and immediately joyfully looked up the price. She didn’t need to apologize, mistakes happen every day but her overall demeanor was refreshing. A true joy to shop here. Definitely will return!

  Lillian in women’s clothing today made this the best experience I have ever had shopping. She was so attentive and worked so incredibly hard to help me find everything I was looking for as well as offer recommendations on different items. Would come back to this location to specifically shop with Lillian again!

  Thrilled beyond belief with how well my alterations came out. I took in 3 pairs of jeans that needed the waist and hem around the bottom taken in. I wound up spending $150 but I can't even tell you how worth it it was. They are perfect and it feels great to have bespoke clothing instead of just dealing with clothes that are close but not perfect. I will use this service again and again. Thanks Nordstrom Taylors!!

  I’ve been a Nordstrom card-carrying customer since 1991, back when customer service truly set this store apart. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been incredibly disappointing. Aside from one young man working in the children’s shoe department—who was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful—no one else made any effort to greet or assist us. Most employees appeared disengaged and focused on their phones rather than the customers around them. What once felt like a welcoming, service-driven shopping experience now feels indifferent and impersonal. It’s honestly sad to see how far things have declined over the years. I used to consider Nordstrom a refuge because of the exceptional service—but that experience has clearly faded. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to restore the level of customer care that longtime customers remember and value.

  We shopped at Nordstrom for baby strollers and were impressed with the variety of strollers available to try (compared to Dillards and Pottery Barn Kids). Galina was extremely helpful, showing us how to fold up the travel strollers, and explained the differences between the brands. She was also extremely patient with us at checkout as we had different methods of payments. Overall we had a wonderful experience at this Nordstrom.
