The woman behind the counter was so slow, took her time folding the new shirt, and let me know that the return was not valid because the special tag was not there. It was a birthday present and many moments between purchase and return that could have happened. Your return policy sucks.There are reason that your stock has dropped 40%. I'll shop at Nordstrom's, Patagonia, North Face...where the guest is not bogged down your pretentious return policies and is guest focused.
