- JMJordan MauslingDec 21, 20251.0By far the worst customer service ive experienced at a sunglass hut. I ordered some meta AI glasses that showed online they were ready for pickup at this location. When I arrived. The lady at the counter seemed frustrated with a "i cant help you attitude". She told me they werent here with limited to no information after. I asked why. And all she gave me was short unhelpful answers and just said they were busy. After a few questions I finally got an answer that they will be here shortly. Simple kindness and clarity on a $450 dollar order is all i wanted and I was met with an attitude and rude looks. Ill be sure not to spend my money here

I had to return a pair of glasses because I wasn't thrilled with the way they fit and she helped me pick out what worked best for me. I will come back here every time.
