  Horrible return policy and inconsistent. If you receive a gift and it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, you can’t even exchange it without proof of purchase. The clothes were all brand new, unworn and with the tags on. They extended the return policy timeframe around Christmas but did not honor it. They can’t look any of the items up by scanning them and they have an incorrect email address and phone number for me and so they couldn’t find me in the system. Between all of these things, I am out $2,000.00 with clothes and shoes that can’t or will not be worn. I feel completely ripped off and stolen from. I have spent a lot of money here over the years but never again. One more thing, you can’t even bundle your returns in one box to save on the return shipping costs that they charge you to fed ex items back to them. You have to send each item individually and they deduct $9.99 for each shipment. It’s stupid.

  This review is for Linda. What a fun lady she is. We were truly pleased with her professional manner and friendly personality. She is obviously extremely knowledgeable. Nordstrom Rack is very luck to have her on the team of associates. My wife, granddaughter and I visited yesterday and Linda provided an excellent experience.

  Nordstrom Rack is a good place to find solid deals on quality brands. You can definitely walk out with some great finds if you’re willing to take the time to look. The prices are often much better than regular retail, and the selection can be surprisingly good. That said, I personally don’t love digging through so many racks to find items in my size. It can feel a little overwhelming and time-consuming. Still, if you enjoy bargain hunting, this is a great spot and worth the effort. Overall, good value and worth stopping in when you have time to browse.

  Great jewelry selection, but the jewelry and clothing quality are getting cheaper. Lots of hollow gold pieces that still clearance for 5-10x melt value. Almost impossible to find pure wool, cotton, linen, or real silk clothing. $100 for polyester or acrylic? Please. But the attendants are all very professional and kind. The locations themselves are great. Nordstrom the Company is slacking on quality.
