One of the employees, who looked Asian, was extremely friendly and helpful. She tried her best to find the shoes, but couldn’t locate them, so she asked her coworker for assistance. The coworker seemed very irritated and even yelled at her in front of me. I felt so bad for her because she was just trying to help. This experience really affected how I felt about the store.

I asked to talk with the manager because I had an issue with a purchase and was ignored by the young female, short, with black short hair and glasses, working the cash register closest to the door. She kept telling me to wait while she rang up her customers. She never attempted to call the store manager.....she just told me to wait. I left and decided to take the matter corporate. I am awaiting a call back from Nordstrom's management.
