Extremely rude, was more interested in talking to her male coworker than helping me find the item I was looking for or to help me check out. The woman working in purses the same night was absolutely wonderful but the first encounter has left a really bad taste in my mouth for a place I normally adore to shop at.

The sales person offered to tailor it for free that day to get me to buy it because the coat didn't fit super well I needed to wear it to a dinner that night, I came back a couple of months later before a year, and they charged me for a simple alteration and claimed that that was not their policy even though their sales person never told me that and the manager was condescending horrible customer service. Beware if you buy an already expensive on sale item basic alterations will not be free.
