When I complained to the photographer about waiting almost two hours resulting in my newborn being fussy, the staff stated I was exaggerating ( very rude). What’s the point of setting an appointment if you’re going to have people wait for that long?!. We didn’t even get an apology or anything. Would not recommend this establishment.
