  Was in the store less than 30 seconds and a worker came and lectured me on my dog and what collar he was wearing. That worker should be ashamed of themselves.

  Worst experience with any firearm store ever. Shawn had zero interest in providing any information on firearms I was interested in. Talked to me like I’m stupid, made me feel super uncomfortable, and gave me weird looks when asking normal questions about the firearms. Made me feel like a criminal. The whole interaction was unlike any other. Almost as if he was nervous that I wanted to look at a partially firearm. He even said that they don’t make the particular firearm i wanted in a specific caliber, which they do. It’s right on their website….. I went to bass pro in Denver where the employees don’t treat their customers stupid, and bought the firearm that supposedly didn’t exist in the caliber I wanted. It’s unfortunate because this location is much closer than bass pro, but I will never buy, sell, or trade a firearm here ever again.

  I had a neck and head trauma in 2022. Due to some permanent ligament damage at the base of my skull, i get really bad vertigo along with several other issues that affect my life. I grew up shooting my bow and arrows daily as a kid up until my injury. I haven’t shot since my injury in 2022. I found a gentleman who helps veterans and those whose injuries don't allow them to participate normally in sports and in this case, archery. He said he would be willing to help me, I just needed to get my bow and hear assessed. I called Cabela’s and Blake answered. He was knowledgeable. Professional. Kind and patient. I told him I wanted to have my bow assessed and about my personal experience and he had me come in. I took my bow in and Blake greeted me warmly, sharing he was the one I had spoken to over the phone. He gave my bow a full look over and assessed it in detail. He fixed the knock loop. Cleaned it up and gave me several pointers due to my injury and inability to do what I did before my injury. I’ve wanted to shoot since my injury but have been worried due to pain, weakness in my right arm and neck and in possibly hurting me or someone else. I had my bow previously set as high as the poundage of the draw could withhold. I couldn’t pull it back so we dropped it considerably. My first few shots weren’t pretty, but I wanted to stop living in fear I want to live my life in faith, with joy. Not shrinking. Blake helped me take the first few steps, and I appreciate him. Cabela’s you have an Ace in your sleeve with him.

  I stopped by Cabela’s today to make an exchange on some fishing waiters that I had purchased online, they streamlined the return, and when I went to the fishing section, I was helped out by a gentleman there that made me feel like I was the only person in the store he took the time to explain everything for me. He spent time walking me through the different prices and the different materials and walk me through everything based off of what type of fishing I was gonna be doing. He did a really good job. I will definitely be coming back. The Store did a really wonderful job just taking care of me in general strongly. Recommend these guys.
