Gracie (Gracee) was in the back with the fitting rooms and she just stood out being so friendly and so sweet and so patient! Definitely appreciate, super helpful and friendly customer service.
- WWwendyDec 12, 20241.0Hannah, the manager on 12/12/24 around 6:00 pm was extremely rude. When we politely asked if our online order was ready, she responded in a condescending and mocking tone, as if our simple question was beneath her. Later, when we returned to pick up our order, the moment we stepped through the door, she practically shoved the order at us with an attitude before walking off. Her behavior was very unprofessional and left us second guessing the brand and leaving feeling unwelcomed. I understand if she was having a bad day, but it shouldn’t be projected onto the customers.
