Once they released the controversial “Great Jeans” ad with Sydney Sweeney I decided to try their jeans. The ad worked bigly and their men’s bootcut jeans are by far my favorite jeans. They are super comfortable and flexible, and they have a high-end look and feel. I’m now an AE jeans guy. Store staff were super helpful and friendly, they addressed me immediately and showed me what I wanted. In my opinion the jeans are flexible and run large, so if you’re slimming down definitely order a size smaller or if you tend to go for two different sizes choose the smaller one.

When we politely asked if our online order was ready, she responded in a condescending and mocking tone, as if our simple question was beneath her. Later, when we returned to pick up our order, the moment we stepped through the door, she practically shoved the order at us with an attitude before walking off. Her behavior was very unprofessional and left us second guessing the brand and leaving feeling unwelcomed. I understand if she was having a bad day, but it shouldn’t be projected onto the customers.
